ADULT CLASSES

Whether you want to brush up your previous expertise or learn a completely new form of dance from scratch, Dance For All has numerous options on offer from beginners to advanced level to keep your body in tip top condition.

All classes at Dance For All are a great way to exercise and provide a progressive learning experience, allowing you to hone your dancing skills while building a more flexible and supple body. Whether you are looking for expert tuition for yourself or your children or simply some ‘me’ time, Dance For All provides a truly exhilarating dance experience.

We continually offer a wide variety of adult classes at various practice levels including:

Classical Ballet Drop In & RAD
Tap Dance & ISTD Int/Adv Tap
Modern (ISTD)
Jazz
Yoga
Pilates
Spanish Flamenco

Director Tracy Hawkes is the only SDS (Spanish Dance Society) qualified teacher in Scotland.

In addition to our weekly adult classes at various levels we also offer professional RAD Ballet, ISTD Tap & ISTD Modern classes at Advanced and Intermediate levels which are suitable for further training as well as for dance professionals keeping their skills up-to-date.

All our adult classes are open to any age from 16 to 106 years old!

These popular classes run termly Mondays through to Fridays and require advance booking for the termly courses with weekly drop-in classes held in classical ballet - see below.
