Develop a keen sense of rhythm and balance, learn how to articulate your feet and ankles as well as explore musicality and syncopation. Tap dancing, like other forms of dance, improves general fitness, develops timing and stimulates brain activity and creativity.
You’ll feel an increase in your flexibility, balance, and precision and most of all, you’ll have lots of FUN!
“The instructor is friendly – classes are relaxed. He is fun, but still firm. I have a ball at the class! And I get a workout… what’s not to like?!”
