Jazz dance is a great way to boost your stamina, balance, focus and knowledge of killer dance moves. 😉 Since jazz involves combinations of upper-body, core & legwork, twists, jumps and sequences, it not only challenges your body physically but it also pushes your brain to perform and fills you with endorphins. Talk about a complete mind and body workout!
Whether you’re a beginner interested in modern dance or an improver looking to advance your passion, our highly qualified tutor Peter Twyman is looking forward to meeting you. Peter is very experienced and has taught all ages and levels for many years, from pre-school to beginner adults to professional college students. He also teaches our Drop-In Adult Ballet classes.
