Each ballet class strengthens your core muscles, improves your posture, tones your body and gives you an aerobic workout, as well as working your mind and muscle memory.
Enjoy a welcoming, fun and non-elitist environment, led by our inspirational tutors, taught the traditional way: with accomplished pianist, William Mowat-Thomson.
Our highly qualified tutors are very experienced. Peter Twyman has taught all ages from pre-school to beginner to professional level for years and Sheena Gough also has years of teaching experience, including en pointe and advanced-level. They’re looking forward to meeting you for an evening of camaraderie, poise, gracefulness and a little perspiration!
