13. Use of Communications Facilities and Posting Guidelines
13.1 When using the enquiry form, blog comments form or any other System on the Website You should do so in accordance with the following rules:
13.1.1 You must not use obscene or vulgar language;
13.1.2 You must not submit Content that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, Content that is abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist or racist;
13.1.3 You must not submit Content that is intended to promote or incite violence;
13.1.4 You must not submit advertisements or promote Your business, products or services without the written permission of DANCE FOR ALL;
13.1.5 It is advised that submissions referring to or containing material, including but not limited to text, quotes, images, designs, which does not belong to You or is not Your intellectual property must be accompanied by a sufficient acknowledgement of the intellectual property owner;
13.1.6 It is advised that submissions are made using the English language as We may be unable to respond to enquiries submitted in any other languages;
13.1.7 The means by which You identify Yourself must not violate this Policy or any applicable laws;
13.1.8 You must not impersonate other people, particularly employees and representatives of DANCE FOR ALL or Our affiliates; and
13.1.9 You must not use Our System for unauthorised mass-communication such as “spam”, “phishing” or “junk mail”.
13.2 You acknowledge that DANCE FOR ALL reserves the right to modify, monitor, moderate, unapprove, remove or delete any and all communications made to us or using Our System.
13.3 You acknowledge that DANCE FOR ALL may retain copies of any and all communications made to us or using Our System.
13.4 You acknowledge that any information post on the public blog and/or public forums will be viewable by the general public on the website.
13.5 Once posted, you cannot change or remove any comments you have submitted on our website pages and/or posts. However, if you would like to have this information removed, please contact our Website Manager: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do this for you.
Anyone in breach of these rules will have access to comment denied and their posts removed.
