DFA Performs at Go Dance 2013

The ‘ultimate dance festival’, Go Dance brings together more than 1000 of the best dancers from across Scotland, with all styles of dance represented.

Dance For All performs at Go DanceGo Dance 2013
Theatre Royal, 282 Hope Street
Glasgow, G2 3QA
Thurs 31st January 2013

One of Scotland’s oldest theatres, the Theatre Royal is resident home to Scottish Opera and Scottish Ballet.

This week long celebration wowed audiences with energetic and inspiring new work. A rich mix was presented, from ballet to hip-hop, contemporary to jazz.

For one night only, Go Dance @ College presented a stunning evening dedicated to the work of Scotland’s leading dance colleges.

Our professional students really enjoyed their first performance of 2013.

“Our students danced really well at Go Dance yesterday,” said our Principal Director, Tracy Hawkes. “I am so proud of all we keep achieving together again and again! Lots of hard work but always worth it – especially to hear the great response from the audience. Onwards and upwards, there is always more to strive for every day!”

Our students are invited to perform at numerous events throughout the year. You can view our first ever YouTube video and find out about past and upcoming shows on our Performance page.
