DFA Performs at the Usher Hall

Following a great performance to open the Jewel & Esk Graduation Ceremony at the Usher Hall on 28th September, our 2nd and 3rd year students were invited to perform on the 1st Oct at the Assembly Rooms for the Inauguration of Edinburgh College: the official merger of Telford, Jewel & Esk & Stevenson colleges.

Dignitaries included the Cabinet Minister for Education & Lifelong Learning and new Edinburgh College Chair, Ian McKay, marking the beginning of a new era.

Principal Director, Tracy Hawkes, said: ‘I am so proud of the Dance For All 2&3yrs who performed brilliantly at the Usher Hall on Friday for the opening of the Jewel & Esk College Graduation- you got the proceedings going with a real bang, well done everyone!’
