Each feedback form will take you just 5 – 10 minutes to fill out and, because none of the questions are compulsory, you can be as anonymous as you like!

The data you give us will be processed and held by Dance For All and our Website Manager, Jeda Pearl. If you give us your email, address, phone number & age, these will not be shared publicly and we’ll ask your permission to share your comments on our website.

Comments shared would typically read: “Your comments…” – First name, jazz class pupil parent. You can see examples on our current class testimonials and college reviews pages.

If you’d prefer to just give us a video testimonial instead of feedback – that would be cool too! You could post it on our Facebook page. Ask your kids what they think of us – we’re dying to know!
