DANCE FOR ALL is a hub of expertise that you can dip into at any age and level, from the complete beginner to the experienced professional.

From our main studios in Stockbridge and our branch in Newington over 70 children’s and adult classes are taught every week by highly experienced and skilled teachers alongside the three year full time professional course.

At DANCE FOR ALL Theatre School we provide the only full-time dance course in Scotland that offers an HND in dance alongside a complete professional dance and dance teacher training. 

DANCE FOR ALL was founded by Director, Tracy Hawkes RTS ARAD SDS IdB(1) in 1985 and continues to promote enjoyment, achievement and excellence in all forms of dance training.

Tracy Hawkes is one of Scotland’s best known dance teachers who has performed and taught extensively in schools and companies here and abroad (Basic Space Dance Theatre, Napac Ballet and Durban City Ballet). She is a registered teacher and associate of RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) and the only SDS (Spanish Dance Society) qualified teacher in Scotland.

Her great versatility and vast experience of the dance world is reflected in the immense variety of classes and courses held at the Main School in Stockbridge along with the Branch School in Newington.
